This SuperSunday was another hard fought battle with Gangi Jr. starting from inside row four and looking to hit the podium before the checkered flag flew.
Making up ground early, Gangi Jr. held onto his third place spot in the two-lap shootout to earn a trip to the podium.

The Mike Doty Racing prepared Haase cadet kart was solid all weekend as Gangi Jr. strung together a series of solid heat races and an excellent A Main Feature race.

A disappointing qualifying effort had Gangi Jr. sitting 16th quickest after the two groups were combined. That result would give him a starting spot on row eight for all three heat races.
The combination of heat race finishes earned him a seventh place start for the A Main.
Gangi quickly went to work staying clear of problems and diving into the third spot that he held for the final lap. At the line it was Gangi Jr. making a nice run up five spots in the shortened Feature to take third place and a trip to the podium.

"It was a great week of racing. I really tried hard to stay out of trouble and score some good finishes," comments Gangi Jr.
