The opening race of the Bmc Rotax challenge held in Kerpen has turned out to be a real success for Battryn, for the first time on a Haase chassis, on podium in the Rotax Senior class.
Third in the pre-final, he battled for the lead in the final and succeeded, winning the race and being classified 2nd overall.
